Bay View Accommodation is available year round.

Rates May-September
$810 per week
$135 per night - 2 night minimum 

Rates October-April
$500 per week
$80 per night - 2 night minimum

Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for visits longer than 1 week, $30 cleaning fee is charged in this case.

Check In / Out:
* Check in from 2 pm to 9 pm. Late arrivals by special arrangement only.
* Check out is by 11 am .

Room Rates:
* Room Rates are charged in Canadian Dollars and are based on double occupancy. $25 charge per additional guest per night.
* For current USD rate conversion use current exchange rate.

Notification of Cancellation:
* Cancellations 14 or more days prior to arrival day are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
* Cancellations or date changes made within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of one night's room charge plus tax.
* Cancellations on date of arrival, failure to arrive and unscheduled early departures will be subject to a cancellation fee of total stay charges.
* A cancellation number will be issued upon receipt of cancellation.
* Trip / Travel insurance is recommended. For travel protection insurance we suggest your insurance company or your AAA / CAA Travel Agent.
